Rowena’s experience and background spans both public and private sectors. As the Human Resources Manager, she provides support and direction in all matters relating to employment practice for the Association. On a broader level, Rowena contributes and drafts relevant policies in line with employment legislation and the strategic plan.
Rowena holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Human Resource Management and Management from Murdoch University as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. In addition, she holds a Master of Human Resources and Employment Relations from UWA.
