The Local Government Transport and Roads Framework was developed by the WALGA Infrastructure Policy Team, comprised of WALGA State Councillors whose portfolio focus is transport and road issues, in consultation with Local Governments.

This Framework consolidates the advocacy framework used by WALGA in relation to transport and road issues. The Framework outlines the current context for Local Government in the transport and roads domain and identifies some of the challenges and opportunities facing Local Government in this area.
