4. Local Government Biodiversity Planning Guidelines - Part B: Section 7-11

Part B of the Guidelines aims to guide Local Government through the four-phase local biodiversity planning process. This includes a scoping phase to initiate the process, the preparation of a discussion paper, the preparation of the Local Biodiversity Strategy and implementation of the Local Biodiversity Strategy.
