These Case Studies show case how funding from the Perth Biodiversity Project have enabled Local Governments in the Perth Metropolitan Region manage natural areas. By involving community groups, school children and assisting the decision making process, a significant impact has been made.

NAIAT Case Study
This Case Study illustrates how, by using the Natural Area Initial Assessment Templates, The City of Wanneroo has identified and protected significant natural areas.
Bush Links Case Study
This Case Study demonstrates a successful initiative between the Cities of Wanneroo and Joondalup, and Friends of Koondoola Regional Bushland and Friends of Yellagonga Regional Park. This initiative included mapping, bush regeneration activities and involvement of the greater community.
