The Local Government Transport and Roads Research and Innovation Program (LGTRRIP) is designed to achieve better implementation of innovative practices.  The projects seek to improve the capability of Local Government to deliver advanced technology, cost-effective and practical solutions to real-world challenges and opportunities.

Proposals, issues and opportunities are now being sought from Local Governments for the next round of projects. We are also seeking volunteers to join the Operations Team that develops the program, or to lead a project, guiding National Transport Research Organisation (NTRO) in project delivery.

All meetings will be conducted by Teams so it does not matter where you are based.

If you would like to be involved, please register your interest here:

LGTRRIP is a collaboration between WALGA, Main Roads WA and the NTRO. Details of the projects completed to date can be found here.
